These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MLPipeX platform and website (the "Service") provided by MLPipeX s.r.o. ("MLPipeX", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@mlpipex.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all intellectual property rights in the model artifacts, code, and data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MLPipeX a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. MLPipeX retains all rights in the platform software, infrastructure, and user interface.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We target the uptime commitments described on the pricing page. Downtime credits are the sole remedy for uptime failures. Service credits do not apply to outages caused by factors outside our control, including third-party infrastructure failures or customer-side network issues.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we will delete it in accordance with our data retention policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLPipeX's aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall MLPipeX be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
